What is the order deadline?

We take orders until the end of Tuesday (23:59). Orders placed later go into the following week’s delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery takes place at the end of the same week — Friday to Sunday. You choose the exact day and time at checkout.

How can I pay?

Payment is made securely online at checkout. The available payment methods are shown on the checkout page.

What does “Great price” mean?

It’s our mark for products with especially good value for money. You’ll find them all under the “Great price” quick link in the menu.

What is “Exclusive”?

Hand-picked products and delicacies we recommend trying. They are marked with ✦ and collected under “Exclusive”.
